There's a very annoying ISH over the whole flash. But I actually liked the story, even with the very basic animation. So it's a pass.

Awesome! I really like your drawing style, especially the contrast between the pencil-drawing-look-alike background and the rudimentary animated figures. It fits strangely enough. The detail in your drawings is astonishing as well. How did you do them, on paper or the tablet or so?

Random thoughts is the best description for the content, but I like it. There's a nice pace in it, and it sets of a stream of thoughts in my own head as well. I enjoyed it thoroughly, thanks!

thanks for your comment! i used a tablet. lenovo x200 tablet. wish i had a crazy huge wacom cintiq, but the tablet will do.

I knew the parable already, and I love it. What you did with it is incredibely nice made and very powerful. I truly enjoyed it, both the way how it's told and the animation you made of it. You have an interesting and very nice style. The music fits great too.

If I'd change somethin, I'd drop the lesson at the end. You have a good heart and I know you want to help people, but sometimes it works better to let people ponder about things for themselves. Let them exercise the brain a bit ;-).

Nice start

I liked the little movie. The animation is very basic, but you use what you can in a smart way. Two remarks : the end scene was a bit long, and I didn't manage to read the complete text about the artifact, it went away too quickly.

Dark

The storyline is dark, very dark even. I like how it is put out in bits and pieces like a puzzle. You leave a lot of room for guessing the relations between the characters, and I love the semi-randomness of the sequence of events. This story has to be continued, it has great potential.

The execution is good, but far from perfect. Better than I can for sure, but this story deserves top-notch animation to spice it up even more.

Great potential, keep up the good work!

thanks, yeah I was worried I made it a lil too confusing, glad you liked it, I really like the show Lost and I used some of the "techniques" I saw there for building up suspense, about the charcters- I was watching BSG and realised that what made that show so amazing were not the uber awesome combat scenes, but the character-character relations, and when combined, bam! Of course this is a very small thing in comparison however can't hurt to study from the best :)

Nice flash, but somehow you got the wrong message

Well, the flash is nice. But I get a bit irritated by the way you look upon your own belief, and especially the rest of the world. I agree with LordOfTheGame, the way you picture jews is far beyond dignity. You sin in the same way you try to condemn.

Isa, one of the messengers of Allah, said loud and clear "whoever is without sins, let him throw the first stone." He might very well not be the Son of God as Christians believe, but the Holy Quran states loud and clear that Isa is indeed a messenger from Allah, and as thus his message should be heard and respected by every muslim.

Which brings me to the next point : as the Quran never changed, can you explain me how on earth it is possible that muslims (Sunnites) blow up muslims (Shiites) and vice versa? They have the same religion, don't they? Again, they are no better than the Catholics and the Protestants, who have been killing eachother for ages, and in the name of the same God.

And not only that, about both the content and the interpretation of the Quran, there is still a strong debate going on between literally hundreds of groups. Talk to ten muslims from a different country, and you have as much different views on the same book. The Quran is a Holy Book, but it is copied and interpreted by humans, and you should be the first to acknowledge that only Allah makes no mistakes.

Which brings me to the last point : Allah makes no mistakes. He created everything and everybody, and who are you to feel yourself better than the rest of the creation? Wasn't it Satan himself who was so arrogant that he didn't want to humble himself, and felt better than the rest?

I have a high respect for the true Islamic beliefs and way of life. As in every religion, you find quite some people who like to show off how good a muslim they are. And then you have the true muslims, humble and firm in their belief, and open to anybody who wants to listen.

For the judgement will be done by Allah and Allah alone!

Prophet Muhammad alrdy stated "Those who turned back his brother (muslims) more than 3 days, he is no longer my follower (no longer a muslim) unless one go and make peace to one another"

I'm amazed!

I thought I was going to torture myself again with some seizure-like backgrounds, but no, you got me there kiddie. There is real animation! It was even so hypnotizing I watched the background twice. That makes two points. And I really liked the intro screen, very nicely done.

Given the comments on other reviews, I guess you're not really interested in hearing that you might think about a little story line or some joke to throw in. Not much more work, and you would actually get a good flash. But being experimental, I guess that was not the point.
